I have more than 20 years of experience in training and development as an educator where I have developed expertise in designing engaging instruction for diverse learners. I am skilled in the ADDIE Model and a variety of training methodologies, and I am currently looking to make a transition from the classroom to the corporate world as a Instructional Designer.
